Silver Spring District Court - Montgomery County, MD

The Silver Spring District Court is where all Misdemeanor and certain Civil Offenses are overseen that 1) occur within the limits of Montgomery County; and 2) can involve Montgomery County Police Officers and State Troopers.

The Silver Spring District Court is comprised of about 5 different courtrooms that are regularly scheduled, which focus on overseeing criminal and civil offenses.
